Maximise your fitness results by booking a session with our personal trainers. These one-on-one sessions will be completely personalised to you and are available by the hour, however, multiple sessions are recommended in order to achieve the best results.

Available in half hour and hourly sessions, our trainers will guide, educate and motivate you through cardio-focused fitness programmes.
